What can I do to the trailer and boat id my name right on the boat is a hull id on the sides and a sticker that expired in 1987. There is no serial number from anywhere on the boat and trailer. I also bought a 9.8 hp motor mercury species at a flea market and a serial number and the title with him and did not need to be titled in my name is legal for use in water and must be titled in Texas
