The last step for you in donating your vehicle will be to take your donation receipt to your DMV in order to de-register your car. Once de-registered by the DMV you can call your insurance company to cancel coverage of the donated car.
Your car donation supports Goodwill’s work in job training, employment and placement programs for people with disabilities and disadvantages.
