Metallic-colored shoes in silver, gold and bronze will go with any color (red with gold, lavender with silver, bright pink with silver, et cetera) and are always easy to accessorize with. However, there are some gowns, which need a certain specific match only. For short dresses you can flaunt medium, low or high heels, while you can glide into the hearts of boys with open-toe sling backs or stilettos if you are wearing a floor-grazing gown.
It is necessary to coordinate with your date the colors and details of what you are wearing. This will give both of you an edge for winning that complementing looks.

Is anyone else thinking of selling their dress?
I paid about $1000 for my dress and it takes up a lot of room. I just wanted to know how meny others were thinking of selling theirs. And how much do you thing i should try to sell it for. A classic design Its a privite label pure silk ivory ballgown boat neckline sleeveless. A wide band of re-embroidered lace sprinkled LIGHTLY with small pearls and sequins only at the waist. No other emelishments semi cathedril train. Size 18. Vary few alteration A bustle was added, the shoulders were taken in a tiny bit and the hem was raised about 1inch. I’m 5″4 and wore 3in heels. It has been prfessionally cleaned. And I have found no defects.
I sold mine. I had enough pictures of it from the wedding and reception and had no daughter to hand it down to, like they would of worn it anyways. Check on ebay for a price. If you decide to sell for sure, make sure you put a reserve on it. Take tons of pictures of it. I have found that to be the best way to sell something like that.
