Flags. I am not being Nationlistic here, but do you think the Brit flag sort of stands out ?

It is just that on my travels, and living & working abroad it seems to me that national flags on TV & buildings are a bit predictable, usually three stripes of varying colours.
The Union Flag, or Union Jack as it is called on boats & ships, always stands out.
It is unfortunate that some fools use it as some racist remark, but kids are given one to wave if Royalty goes past, and what is wrong with that ?

our flag has to be one of the best flags ever, it says a lot about the nation aswell.
the tricolour flags are pretty predictable but if your nations flag is a tricolour then you are still going to like the flag (for example im a quarter hungarian and i really like the flag of hungary even though its a tricolour and there has to be hundreds just like it except with different colours/patterns).
also have you seen the amount of flags that have the union flag on them, theres quite a few.
